Expedition Campers

We source the best 110 Defenders we can find in the UK and prep them for a second life in the USA. We don’t advertise these as a full restorations, but we would take one of these trucks and drive round the world tomorrow.

Each truck comes with new or rebuilt, bearings, seals, brakes, clutch, timing belt, injectors, injection pump, head gasket, seats, tires, fuel tank, radiator, hoses and fluids. We replace old doors with brand new and add side storage lockers. The chassis is thoroughly scrutinized and necessary repairs are done by experienced welders, usually this means new outriggers and rear crossmembers. Full paint inside and out is standard on the base camper build. Big Country 4x4 rack and 270 degree Ostritch awning come as standard. This work usually involves around 200 hours of skilled labor.
